Ikegami's tablet inspection device "TIE-10000" achieves high-speed processing of up to 700,000 tablets per hour. It detects defects in various tablets with high precision, contributing to the efficiency of the inspection process and quality improvement. The standard inspection section employs a newly developed optical system that captures images from five viewpoints on one side and ten viewpoints on both sides using a color area sensor camera, enabling high-precision, all-around inspection without blind spots.
